Welcome to Able Stables. By using this website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Professional Services Able Stables provides nature-based counselling and support services. The information provided on this website is for general educational purposes and does not substitute for individual clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Discovery Calls Requesting a Discovery Call through this website does not establish a formal practitioner-client relationship. A formal relationship is only established once an initial intake assessment is completed and a service agreement is signed.

3. NDIS Participants For NDIS participants, services are provided in alignment with your NDIS Plan goals. We accept Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants and require a separate NDIS Service Agreement to be signed prior to the commencement of regular sessions.

4. Cancellation Policy We value the time set aside for your journey. A minimum of [24/48] hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Fees may apply for late cancellations in accordance with our full Service Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property The content on this website, including the "Integrated Framework" and all botanical illustrations, is the property of Able Stables and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Able Stables is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on the information provided herein.
